Clay Vases -Intro to Coiling

This beginner/intermediate clay building workshop will introduce to students to the coiling method of hand building. Sundus will provide a coiling demonstration followed by lots of time for practice and individual feedback. All materials will be supplied. After students are happy with their vase form and shape, we will explore various ways to add decoration with carving, stamping, etc. We will be working in red clay for this workshop.
